Being married to the pastor is, for me, complicated.

See You Next Year
I'm putting mrs pastor on hiatus until January. I'm deep into chemo and it's wearing on me. I expect to have my last treatment around the middle of January and every day I make new plans about what I'll do when I can stop doing this (muddle, muddle, collapse, muddle).
God bless you and your Christmas celebration. See you in 2011.
God give you a multitude of blessings during this time. Hope you keep us updated on with Facebook briefs. I will miss your examples of wit, intelligence, and faith while you are gone. But I know they will spring anew once things calm down.
I know you may not get this any time soon but just wanted you to know that I'm praying for you. I've been following your blog but not commenting. But I have been praying and wanted you to know it.
I wrote this blog a few years ago. I no longer write here, but I leave it up because every once in a while someone comes upon it and seems encouraged. God bless you.
God be with you as you continue on through your treatments... take as much time as you need.

ReplyDeleteI just prayed for your strength, encouragement and healing. Don't know you, but a pastor's wife in Kansas City is praying.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and strength.

ReplyDeleteYou are very kind, Melody. Thank you. I still check in occasionally, I'm just not writing posts these days. Have a great Christmas.
